Anxiety

October 31, 2017

What we can do when our beloved pet is anxious for no apparent reason? Don't be tempted to reward the issue with affection, as this encourages more anxiety. My first thought is that energy is being felt. How do YOU feel? What is going on with your world? Are you feeling anxious?

If we are able to calm ourselves by pausing, looking inward, taking several deep breathes, this may help calm your furry friend as well. Be aware that our pets look to us for the leadership. If we are stressed and anxious, they may be as well. Share an awwww moment with them and they will benefit as much as you do!

Until next time, sending energy and balance! Carmen

A Chakra Balance Session is a loving way to provide relaxation for your companion. It may also provide critical insights into the roots of the distress
